'Focus with Yoga' - all abilities welcome
Each week we explore a different theme. Having a concept grounds our practice and helps to keep the mind engaged.
A steady flowing practice that frees the breath and gets the energy moving, whilst focusing and relaxing the mind.
Gently work stiffness out; invite stability and ease in. The session ends with a restorative Yoga Nidra relaxation.
This session is set in a beautiful recently refurbished barn, featuring oodles of natural light and under-floor-heating - such a treat!

Our focus this week is to work with gravity to find support (Sthira) and freedom (Sukha) in our postures.

1 - 1 Yoga Therapy
Yoga was traditionally taught on a one to one basis and it is the most benefical way to learn. Sessions are tailored to individual needs - incorporating mind, body and breath. A home practice sheet is included with each session to help motivate you to develop your personal routine.
